Sewer hose receptacle
I would think that a bigger concern in “short cycling” the valve would be getting debris caught in the blade as opposed to back pressure. Hopefully not too much of a concern with the grey tank water.

New batteries and controller, boondocking performance seems worse, how to isolate/troubleshoot?
One suggestion just to rule out a bad cell would be to check the voltage of each battery separately. From the values you indicated that is unlikely but worth ruling out. Paul 07VJNY

Dreaded Click and NO START Cause/Photo of Relay
Thanks Glenn and Bill. I had the intermittent issue and replaced the starter with a Valeo from Europarts. I think it was about $200. Works perfectly after replacement. I saved the old one and will see

It is printed right on the housing. I believe it is 25Nm/18 lb ft but I am not at the rig. You will need a cap wrench with the correct number of flats to match the housing. Paul 07VJNY

No it is not OK for V6 NCV3 Sprinter (2007 and newer). You must use the low-ash formula ESP ending .51/.52 check your manual. Could very likely give you problem with your emissions system. This is OK
